The customer/caller is sent a link via SMS that opens an app on their phone when clicked. The caller then allows our support technician to use their phone’s camera to stream video or take pictures of the problem, or part, in real-time. Our remote technician can then “see” the problem/part firsthand and offer the appropriate assistance.
